2010 Virginia Young Democrats Convention
When: Friday, April 16, 2010 – Sunday April 18, 2010
Where: Old Town Alexandria Holiday Inn, 625 1st Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 (View Map)
Why: Meet and network with fellow young democrats from all over the state. Attending the convention is a good way to keep up with Virginia Democratic Party issues including education, green jobs, and transportation. It also offers an excellent opportunity for professional development. There will be training sessions in field organizing, media affairs, and financial affairs. Better yet, you don’t have to travel far. Lucky for us, this year the convention is being held right in our backyard in Old Town Alexandria!
