Jack Dobbyn serves as Vice President of the Fairfax County Young Democrats and as Treasurer of the Mount Vernon District Democratic Committee. Jack currently resides in Mount Vernon with his wife, Kathryn, and their two daughters. Jack graduated from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD with a degree in Philosophy, and holds a Juris Doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. Jack works for a local real estate consulting company as an Associate Director. Issues that interest Jack include civil and human rights, organized labor and international affairs.

Alvin served as a volunteer and intern for Democratic candidates in the past few years including the Obama Presidential Campaign. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with degrees in Political Science and Biology. During his senior year, Alvin served as President of the school’s Asian American Student Union. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at The George Washington University. In addition to pursuing his educational goals, Alvin works for Marymount University in Arlington, VA reporting official university data and conducting research on higher education issues. Alvin’s interests include education policy, social inequality, and minority group relations. Alvin currently resides in Alexandria, VA.
